Specialized Intensive Teacher Training Program All of our teachers, even those with years of classroom experience, must successfully complete our intensive initial training program, in addition to four full day follow up trainings in their first year of teaching with us. This ensures our teachers are well trained and effective, in the Hess teaching environment.

Our Award winning Educational Research Department & Publishing Company have over fifty full time curriculum designers and artists continually developing top quality English and Mandarin programs.
